From what I’ve read, the behaviour is very roo-ish. Leads the pack. Always runs to my hands and is down to snuggle.

Do you think it’s a roo or a pullet?

That's not an EE. Looks more like a White Rock or Cornish Cross. It's male.

With all the fast comb growth, I think it’s likely it’s a white Leghorn. Doesn’t seem like a meat bird to me.

Leghorn pullets do get combs early so I suppose it's possible. Update in a couple weeks! I will say, the comb is pretty big right now though... I would suspect cockerel but I could be wrong. I have never personally raised Leghorns or any Mediterranean breed so I'm not an expert on their development rates
