Easter Egger, and it may not be a hen. How old is it and do you have a full body shot?

Sorry, but I concur that it may be a cockerel. Some of those saddle and hackle feathers are awfully shiny and tending towards pointy. Looks like an EE, but I'm thinking you will get crowing rather than eggs from him/her.
