Mystery illness?

My three year old orpington is suffering from a mystery illness. She stopped laying eggs a few weeks ago, and a few days ago started rapidly losing feathers. Since it's the height of summer with 100+ degree weather, I don't think she could possibly be molting (especially since there are no new feathers growing in). She's also extremely lethargic and spends most of the day sitting down. She has not had noticeable diarrhea, in fact, her poop ranges from extremely dry to normal.

I thought she might be dehydrated but she has access to clean water as well as water with electrolytes at all times, and I know she drinks. She is eating as well, although less so than when she was healthier (but still loves treats!). I also haven't seen mites or lice on her, though I might have missed them, and I don't think we have mites in the coop either. For the most part, her comb is a healthy red, she is at a healthy weight, and she has no respiratory issues. Any thoughts?

Some of my birds have started to molt already. It's triggered by less day length and all molt at different times. Some can act sick during it because it's uncomfortable.
