Mystery predator ate only brains and kidneys!

Uhh... what does a woodchuck eat?

woodchuck? i just watched one eat one of my girls.

Mostly herbivorous, groundhogs primarily eat wild grasses and other vegetation, including berries and agricultural crops, when available.[3] Groundhogs also eat grubs, grasshoppers, insects, snails and other small animals, but are not as omnivorous as many other Sciuridae.

I haven't ever heard of woodchuck/ ground hog killing a chicken. I'm wondering if an opportunistic predator, like a rat, utilized the groundhog's tunnel.

Also, our rabbit was out of her cage this morning and running inside the coop. I did not see any holes that she may have dug, but it is possible...

Chain link alone is not predator proof. My chain link is lined with chicken wire half way up on the inside and bird netting from top to bottom over the chain link on the outside.
Still had a squirrel climb under the door so now I have it blocked. Had no harm done to my girls but Blue Jays were flying through the chain link, harassing my girls and eating all their food. Once we added the bird netting my girls are once again roaming happy without fear.
