Mystery refrigerated chicken eggs hatch-a-long

Long story not so short. I purchased 30 eggs from a large poultry farm my neighbours son works on. They aren't typical commercial layers, apparently they use the birds for meat and sell eating eggs on the side.
My neighbour arrived home late so popped them in the fridge so when I got them the next day placed them in my fridge. About 4 days later I took the remaining 6 out to use but used my chickens eggs instead (only 3 are laying as its autumn here) forgetting about the eggs for a further 3 days on the counter. I decided best not to eat as they had been refrigerated then left out, then thought hmm I wonder if they have roosters with hens if they were a meat bird (thinking dual purpose) so popped the 6 in the incubator with a few of my own just play about expecting nothing.
Today is day 3 and to my surprise I'm seeing development in a few eggs! Now to see what pops out. Bets are a dual purpose breed that lays cream, dual purpose crosses or cornish cross (broilers).

All my eggs are duds (young rooster), but of the mystery eggs 4 out of 6 have great development.

4 eggs are now in lockdown. I ran in to the neighbours son and asked what they keep at the farm. The options are production reds, blacks, whites or meat birds. So that narrows it down a lot.

Three chicks have hatched so far. Yellow fluff balls so not production blacks or production red pullets. That leaves us with production white (RIW/Leghorn), production red (ISA type) cockerels or Cornish cross. Going off size I’m thinking meat birds

If you kept the bloom intact, this is no reason not to eat them.
But nice the surprise eggs did fine in the incubator. Congrats.

My eggs I would have still eaten but I wasn’t sure if they wash their eggs or not, then they sat near my oven. So erred on the side of caution

Life got busy and I forgot to update. The chicks are indeed Cornish crosses. They are currently 6 weeks old and thriving. I do plan on processing them but they are currently enjoying life being raised just as I raise my layers and pets
