We need better pictures, good. clear side views are best. But from what I see here I'd say the one in the middle is definitely a pullet, the one on the right with the slightly curved tail feather could be a cockerel (need to see its comb to be sure) and I could go either way on the one on the left. Its comb is redder than the one in the middle but it's still a small comb and it may be that it's a pullet who has matured more quickly than the other one.
