We have a blue rock rooster as well and they are both from the same batch of chicks. Bought them early spring. As of right now they are very close to the same size. How do the marans compare in size to the rocks.

Since they’re from tractor supply, they’ll likely stay around the same size.

Boy I like this game. He’s a good rooster and we like him. Good temperament so far. *crossing fingers*.
His name is Phares and he loves the smallest blue rock. Named by my son as Ender. Not sure if I captured Ender in any of these photos but it would be the darkest blue rock.

Your blue rock rooster is actually a sapphire gem, which is a hybrid. He’s the wrong color for a blue rock since he’s blue barred instead of just blue.
