be careful, if the bird that laid it had a disease (MG for example) can be passed through eggs and hatched birds WILL be carriers of the disease...

I think I will call the local editor of our paper and tell him about my little mystery chicken egg. He has done several stories on my animals through the years with all the rescues I used to do before I got sick. This will be the first time I rescued a egg though.

If the egg hatches it would make a cute story especially this being the time of year everybody is doing all the hatching. My animals have made the front page of the paper on two seperate occasions.

Come on little egg, ya gotta hatch now.
