Naked neck 7- 8 weeks old is it a boy or girl?

We have two nacked necks in our squad. I believe the black one to be a rooster as he’s pretty bold and not the friendliest. I don’t know about the white one but suspect it’s a lady. Can anyone help me out? We live in a place where you can’t have roosters so I’d like to know before they are waking up the block there is a sense of urgency to find him (them) new homes!

Correct.
Black one is a young cockerel.
White is a pullet.
