Naked Neck/Turken Thread

Does anyone know what this is on the back of my cockerel Conan’s neck?
It’s like an arrow shaped patch of skin that’s white.
He’s had it since he was a day old chick.

I was just looking at the pictures that are being posted in hopes of being in the BYC 2019 chicken calander, but as of yet there have been no NN's that are in the run for it. Some of you have beautiful NN's. I'll even buy one of those calendars for next year if there is a NN in it!

I entered my Breese for the calendar. Here's another pic though of my White NN roo with some of his girls. He's got a bit of discoloration on the bottom of his wattles from drinking out of a puddle by the misters. It's hot out here in the desert!
