You can’t really see the chicks in this photo but two of them are sticking their heads out of Bootsie’s wings lol.
There’s a chipmunk NN on the left and a black chick on the right.
And the other broody, Itsy my Japanese, is trying to get under Bootsie too.
I don’t know why she does that.

Here’s Cleo, the pullet hatched back in November by my bantam Cochin.
She just started laying yesterday at 20 weeks.

She has the biggest eyes of any chicken I’ve seen!
