Naked Neck/Turken Thread

geoboy cute chick ! and since you mentioned it, Cynthia12's white bird,,,,,,, well yeah it is bigger than I thought when i saw it in comparison to the other bird in the picture. Plus the comb and faces of NN are tricky since they do not conform to what is expected of other breeds.

Real nice.Are you sure she is a she?Looks like spur bumps in the last pic.That is going to be one big naked neck chicken.

I don't think those are spurs..I am not seeing anything like a huge poky pointy nail. Check out the fourth picture. The chicken facing away, you can also see the back toe, looks to be the same size,,that's a pullet too. Yep, all of the chicks were very large at hatch! The eggs were unreal large. Going to look up who I got the eggs from.

They are the chicks that hatched out at your place.One has feathered legs and the other don't.Both have the fifth toe.

,This is my naked neck from cackle hatchery.He started out solid red.Anybody know what is going on with this guy,color wise?Could he be mottled?His feather color just started to change in the last couple of weeks.Just barely noticeable at first,now very noticeable.
