Congrats to those with NN new year babies! I was a part of that hatchalong, but not a single one of my 16 hatched sadly.
DDD, I think I've mentioned before..or at least meant to lol..I'd love some of your DipsyGoth eggs or chicks if you sell any this year, too. Heck, even some of your NNs.
Hope everyone's birds are handling the weather well! It's about 13 degrees in the coop here tonight with one lamp on, but the forecast for Monday night..they're predicting the coldest temps in 20 years. We're looking at -5 at the very highest (possibly down to -40!!) with strong, cold winds. We're actually going to bring the entire flock (roughly 30 bantams and 5 LF) inside to the spare/chick room for the night, and making sure everyone else outside (dogs, horses, ducks, goat, pig..) are battened down tight and warm as possible. Brrrrrrrh.
