Naked Neck/Turken Thread

So, we moved everyone into yet another bigger brooder, since the NNs fully feathered siblings are growing FAST (though we randomly lost one over night due to trampling....hence the new and improved moving box), I decided to play camera man and get a few pictures of 'em. they're living together with our CCLB chicks until our stalled coop is finished being built in the new year, since we work with the NNs a lot, we figured it'd be good exposure for the Legbars, since they're already a good seller at swaps (and people request them often)

Here's the new box, it's about 5 feet across or so, and two feet wide;

Everyone goes nuts for a cleaned feeder, even though they have access all day LOL. You can see my attempt to photo-graph the barred boy(?).

I'm thinking this one is a cockerel;

This was the girl(?) who had the small curled wings, she has a smaller stature and overall size than everyone else too. There's another black NN that was too distracted by eating to get a proper photo of that looks not too far off;

The reddish chick we thought was a cockerel? I'm changing my wager to pullet!

Oh wow, love the color! And, what a sweet face. :)

is it baby season?

Parents are the green egger nn-cx crosses:

Suspect the chick on right is a recessive white. They can get a silvery/greyish tint that afaik don't show on dominant whites. Nice bit of surprise.. Most of the whites are dominant whites.

That baby on the right looks like it's going to be a splash! Blue, with a hint of yellow as a chick, often a splash. I love splash!
