To the people with big turkens lines, do your females ever catch up to males, or do they stay smaller? I'm worries my girls may never catch up to my boys

Females are typically smaller or close to the same size as the males. Just depends on the bird and the stock they come from.

I also wanted bigger NN females so I cross NN roo with red ranger hen and she end up huge , she is just 3 month's yesterday. So as Blue baby said if you want bigger females cross NN ro with big hen breeds

That's what I'm doing, I was just counting on these girls being large enough to be able to be in a run with my males

I brought back my 3 NNs from athens where they stayed at my friends for a year. unfortunately I am not moving to the country yet so I will keep just a few chickens. now I have 1 white NN, 2 black and 1 sort of partridge which is a NN/araucana cross and lays green eggs. my white lady is not happy at all for the new company. I guess she is jealous, lol.

Had to show everyone one of my favorite grow outs! It is a paint satin frizzle showgirl! I haven’t named it yet because I don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl. It’s only about 6 weeks old. I just love it though!
