Happy New Year from me too.
Polish X NN sounds very interesting.
My cockerel, Mort, is just going through puberty and is trying to mate with everything that moves. He also crows and struts in front of the Brahma boys....and has stimulated them to start crowing at all hours of the day and night. I have 9 Brahma hens and he has grabbed every one of them apart from Mrs Grey (who is a GIANT of a hen). Naked neck and feathery legs also sounds rather funky.
My testosterone-troubled Mort has also grabbed my Blue Partridge Brahma cockerel who squawked as though he were being throttled, but he met his match with a senile, crusty and half-bald (in her case back and wings) Warren. She screamed and pecked viciously at his eyes and baldy neck. Huge Dark Brahma rooster then chased him away. My largest male, Whitey (about a stone of overgrown Blue Splash Brahma) just looks at him or takes a few goose steps towards Mort and he disappears in a cloud of dust (or frozen sludge as it is now).
Mort is certainly trying to be a super stud....
