I crossed a leghorn with my NN roo but I think the chick is a he.
if it's a NN, breed to a pure leghorn or another white egg breed. To hatch out more NN chicks, must have a NN parent in every generation.
It is possible, but getting back to a white egg with no tint is not that easy. There are more than several genes just for brown and tinted egg, some dominant some not.. as a result many first generation crosses throw tinted layers. Some leghorn lines have a gene that actively represses color in eggshell, it should be easier to get white eggers again with birds like those.
mottled NN would be beautiful, of course..
