Naked Necks with feathered necks?

I think when breeding NNs if you breed two parents with "bowties" half the chicks will have bowties and half won't have bare necks. That might be what happened. I think to be full Naked Neck, bowties aren't preferred, but perhaps the breeder didn't understand! No expert on this, but I'm giving benefit of the doubt :)
Inbred EE cockerel to bow tie NN hens and got 50% bearded, 50% NN green egg layers

Thanks for all the replies everyone! Here are the 2 little cuties that came from the same chickens! ❤️

I *think* when you breed Naked Necks it goes as such:
Naked Neck (homozygous) x standard feathered-neck chicken = 100% heterozygous Naked Necks (bowties)

Naked Neck w/bowties (heterozygous) x Naked Neck w/bowties (heterozygous) = 25% standard feathered neck, 25% Naked Neck (homozygous), 50% Naked Neck w/bowties (heterozygous)

Naked Neck (homozygous) x Naked Neck (homozygous) = 100% Naked Neck (homozygous)

Naked Neck (homozygous) x Naked Neck w/bowties (heterozygous) = 50% Naked Neck w/bowties (heterozygous), 50% Naked Neck (homozygous)

Naked Neck w/bowties (heterozygous) x standard necked chicken = 50% Naked Neck w/bowties (heterozygous), 50% standard necked

Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong (I just did a few mental punnett squares), but I believe there are many possible ways of turning out non-naked chicks from naked parents

You are correct. It could have been that only one of the parent's of those chick's was a Naked Neck. When I had any chick's that hatched out with feathered neck's in my past crossing's, I just called those one's a mixed breed.

Here are some pictures of the flock my babies came from! Please let me know what breed these are!

Looks like NN's to me.
I know the ones pictured are. But I got some chicks from these chickens that have feathers on their neck and I’m just wondering what breed they would be if they had feathers on their neck?
