Why drink so much water? Is it hot where you are?
I heard that too much water in a short time can cause dizziness & light head.

Clean my dogs bedding, give them new bedding.
House cleaning
Cooking

Well, I know I’m dehydrated - haven’t drank more than a half cup of water over the last few days - so I figured I’d remedy the situation by drinking the eight cups a day I was told as a child.

But maybe that’s the wrong way to do it…
