Finished mowing this morning.

Took photos of our newest Donkey foal, her name will be Lady Gigi.

Went back in house, just too humid. (85°, 72% humidity, feels like 92°) Will work on my afghan unless I fall asleep in my recliner.

My youngest daughter and I went to the fireworks store and bought fireworks for next week.
Afterwards, we went to the grocery store.
Came home and unloaded groceries in the pouring down rain. I made supper.
(On our trip down the mountain, we also went to TS, and they had the chicks on sale for $2. I bought eight black Jersey Giant chicks.)
Just when I had cleaned the brooders and moved the older chicks to their new coop.

I woke up late.
I worked on the basement. Most of the miscellaneous useful junk is now packed.
I went for a run.

Made a very rich gluten free chocolate cake
Discovered we have honey to harvest from one of our hives
Did a load of laundry

Like the Lil' feller but there's something wrong with Afghan and 92 degrees together.

1. Figure out how to get the deck box back in the run.
2. Make an expansion plan for the Omlet run.
3. Plan out improvements for the chickens' area.

Today I weeded some of the garden until I couldn't stand the heat anymore, came in and took a shower, and will try and cover the blueberry bushes later
