My big one has some flower buds coming up down at the base. None of them have bloomed before.

I'd read that you should cut the flower stalks...?

I cut the flower stalks as soon as they start. If the plant starts blooming it produces very few usable stalks for eating/cooking.

Ah. Thanks. I'll cut the flower stalks. The honeybees have other flowers.

All of the bushes/plants/trees that I bought specifically for the bees last year look like they're doing well this spring.

Cleaned out the coop, new straw

I will do some yoga.

I cleaned out both chick brooders and dream about my chicken coop being finished! Ughhh.
