Have gotten my husband off to work. Got the chicks food and water refilled. Need to go feed Bella and the puppies and the chickens and ducklings. After that I might be able to finish the dishes. Need to water the garden. After that I can just sit here and do nothing.

Worked two dogs - twice each dog.
About to shower and conduct a tick hunt.

1 Prayed/read Sacred Scripture
2 Almost dry ground, so took the baby chicks outside
3 Worked on integrating older chicks 7 wks again, in the coop/run most of the day. Tomorrow and Friday will keep the adults (9) confined to coop/run with teenagers and be watching/close by to avert squabbles.

I did the chiropractor and Costco run. The other thing was to take down the windbreak panels/curtains from the chicken run.

And now it's pouring. "Hit or miss rain" is hitting us, hard. I bet we get a half inch. That's ok, but I wouldn't have left the windbreak panels leaning against the coop if I'd had any idea it was going to rain. Oh well. Not like they have never gotten rained on.

Today the prefab coop came from Amazon, that I had to buy for my one girl who gets beat up on. So, my son helped me put it together. I also mowed the backyard, and did laundry

I went to town and bought groceries.
