Name 3 Things You Did Or Will Do Today

Ouchy! I tried doing a plank and OMG, I thought someone needed to get the plate number on the truck that hit me the next day.
It is a WORKOUT!! for the abs!

I was doing forearm planks (on your forearms instead of on your hands). They are harder on the abs, I think. I did a straight arm plank, and I could feel it in my upper arms the next day. I really want to work my upper arms, so I kept doing that style. I have old lady flabby upper arms. But I do have to say, they are looking better these days!

I need to start doing that then. Flabby old lady arms is an understatement for my arms.
 
Adding to the cleaning of the fans. My bedroom is about 10 degrees cooler than my living room with the AC on and the fans on in the bedroom. I just might be able to sleep through the night without thinking I'm about to die from how hot is in my bedroom. Every day/night for weeks I have woke up to feeling like I am going to sweat to death. I hope I wake up feeling better.
