1) I worked at chicken integration, again. One of the bullies, who now wears peepers, tried to start her $#!+ again. I sat with the pullets, and when the bully made her move, I reached out and poked her, like a hen would do. Separating didn't work. Peepers don't stop her (but they help), so I decided to think like a chicken. The poke didn't hurt her, but it did cause her to walk away. She tried again, and got the same result. We'll see. I put them away in their individual pens, because...

2) I worked at cleaning the ground behind the coop where we had a tree house removed. I was picking up bits of debris that I don't want the chickens to ingest. I discovered there is a mama groundhog and babies under DH's shed. I counted 6 babies. The area is fenced off, to keep the chickens out - which is good, since it was the dogs who alerted me to the groundhogs - that they fortunately, could not reach because of the temporary barrier. I must've disturbed the groundhogs during my cleaning. Are groundhogs a threat to free-ranging chickens? The chickens can't go near the shed - but do I need to worry about the groundhog approaching the hens?

3) I took Motrin and applied CryoFreeze and a brace to my elbow. I've over-taxed it with heavy yard projects, this spring. No more yard work, today.
 
Working on my list in my head now.
I keep changing my mind on what I will get done.
