Yes, very. Handwriting is faster and makes for a much nicer document especially if they should have to send a real letter or card (as long as it’s legible!).
But I’ve heard they’re bringing cursive back finally?

Sometimes if I handwrite I use a mixture of cursive and print. Mostly print, but cursive is faster when I don't have to put thought into it as much.

Weeded the garden
Waded into the raspberry jungle to pick berries (why don’t we have thornless raspberries?!)

Here we have vicious blackberries. Like they will jump out and bite you. Wonderful berries tho. Great on vanilla ice cream.

They have been teaching cursive in 2nd grade again, for years now

Friend of mine used to work at a hardware store with a bunch of high school kids. One time he wrote something in cursive and one of the girls was like "wow how do you do that?". She thought it was like some kind of fancy calligraphy or something.
