Name 3 Things You Did Or Will Do Today

Pics
Yesterday:
Drove 3 + hours to visit son and DIL.
Discovered we left our packed bag and meds at home.
Visited and then drove nearly 4 hours home - traffic jam I 95.

Today:
I will recover
Work two dogs
Mow the front lawn.

I will do homework.
I will do homework.
I will do homework.

(And because I don’t want to do homework, I will waste half the day on BYC…) :caf

How's the homework coming along?

Not great. I missed deadlines last week (forgot the due date was Sat not Sun) and wrote about the wrong theme in another class. So I not only have to do half of last week's homework but also this week's. Worst is that I have absolutely no desire to do any of it - it's getting done through will power alone. I only have ten weeks left!!!

Hate that feeling, most of us can relate, whether it's fixing something Yet Again, or just that anxiety dreading something coming up. Just do it & get it over with. That feeling ya get when it's Done, is so much better! 👍 Good luck, we are rootin for ya.

I went to church

I will:

Spin more yarn
Clean the bathrooms
Work on my knitting project
Do random other things that I've been putting off
Let chickens out to range for a bit
Gotta love when you look at yesterday’s to-do list and nothing got done. To be fair my power was out for hours after a helicopter ran into a transmission line, so that messed things up 🙃

So today I will do everything I was supposed to yesterday, plus I went for a run this morning, and had to avoid more helicopters.

Did you forget the asparagus and the elliptical?
The workout is on the elliptical, so got that covered!

I looked for asparagus beetles today, and found VERY few of the grub things that their eggs hatch into. I am cautiously optimistic about this! My diligence is paying off!

I got the crates put away and the garden pots cleaned. I thought the latter would be a 3/4-1 hour job. Nearly 3! But they're clean, dry, and ready to be put away until next March/April.
