With the width of my screen, “shave” and “visit “ were directly on top of each other in their respective sentences, and, well, I read too fast. I was on the next page by the time I questioned why you’d drive that far to shave your son and had to go back and check.

Well, I didn't get the crates put away, so that's on today's list.

Set up the hose
Extra if I have time/energy:
Clean the pots I start my garden seeds in and store them for next year

Harvest garlic scapes and bolted onions
Make banana bread from very ripe bananas (it will become biscotti)
Weed-whack my yard
Wash sheets and hang them on the line - weather permitting

Got a new, riding mower. It's a cub cadet. It has an incredible turning radius! But it's so much louder than our retired tractor! And you can't go into reverse with the blade engaged. I'll have to wear my headset and trim-mow a little more.

We got a Cub Cadet last year. Yeah, not quiet. But, wow! it sure does a better job than the old mower we had.

To be fair, that was an old Murray, and it was given to us. It did its share of work around here.
