Name 3 Things You Did Or Will Do Today

It’s only McDonald’s but a good starting place for my first job $12.50 an hour.
Treat every job as a place to do your best. You never know who you might serve. It might be someone looking for an energetic, hard working employee.

I have seen people working at checkout lanes who were on top of it, friendly, efficient. I told one young lady, if I were in charge of hiring where I worked, I would have asked her to come in for an interview.

One time when I was in my 30s, I was scrubbing a floor because work was slow and were all on cleaning detail. My boss had his boss come over. He said, "I wanted you to see this lady. She works circles around the rest of the crew."

Every job I've had has been experience. Good or bad, I learned something from all of them.

I did this in Louisiana all the time. No one could understand how I did it. My car does not have air.
My brother's car also doesn't have AC, and he drives that thing every day to school. You do get used to it, but it's miserable having to literally wring out your clothes when you get out.

It wasn’t too bad. It’s so hot and humid there you’re going to be wet anyway, and I always explain that the heat is less of a shock if you acclimate yourself to it while driving with all the wind blowing through the open windows.

I wring out my clothes from feeding/watering chickens before dawn.
I don't envy the humidity y'all southerners have, for sure. It gets to 30% here and we start dropping like flies. :p
