Woke at 5:45 AM to tend to daughter's visiting puppy.
Went to town: bank for us, bank for beagle club, TSC
Went to beagle club and filled bird feeders.

And let my chickens in the house

Incredible. My washing machine takes about 3 hours to wash.

Do you have 2 washing machines and 25 children?

Um…yes, actually. Nineteen chickens, two dogs, two cats, a parakeet and a rabbit .

My wash machine takes twenty-five minutes and the dryer takes between twenty and sixty minutes. Of course, I sped things up by using the clothesline for the towels.

Grains have some compounds that break down when the grain sprouts, and it makes the good stuff more bio-available. And, I think, a little easier for me to digest.

I knew about grains being better when sprouted but I never thought about sprouting rice. For some reason, I never think if it as a grain!
