Picked a nice big batch of asparagus and gave it away.

Yes, I rehome a lot of asparagus. It is very demanding. It says pick me now or I will quit and you won't get any more until next year.

Today the prefab coop came from Amazon, that I had to buy for my one girl who gets beat up on. So, my son helped me put it together. I also mowed the backyard, and did laundry

I picked asparagus ahead of tonight's frost. There was more than I thought, so we had some with lunch today and will have the rest tomorrow.
I covered the asparagus that is too short to pick with some dried leaves.
I covered the blueberry bushes with sheets.

It is raining over here again after a week of sunshine.......

Cold and rain and no sunshine...

I will go out for breakfast....and think about what next...

Went to get the fencing for the back yard. Got all the animals fed and watered. Wanted to water the garden BUT, my husband decided to leave the hose close to Bella and the puppies so the puppies chewed up the hose and Bella got wrapped up in the hose. I had to untangle her and yeah right now I am not very happy with my husband for that. I will have to get some more hoses for the garden. It's hot and I accidentally left my keys to my bedroom in the bedroom and went to town so now I am waiting for my daughters friend to come and unlock my door. I need my inhaler.

We repaired a fence a donkey (Penelope) knocked down to get into one of the hay fields.

To hot/humid to bother chasing her. No water available in that field. Left the gate open, she came out, all by herself, closed the gate behind her. (Control the water, you control the livestock)

Did 2 loads of laundry, folded and put away.

I went to school.
I washed windows and trimmed blackberry bushes for a neighbor, and got some giant rhubarb stalks in payment
I will study for my second midterm, which is tomorrow morning.

I took my family to their doctor’s appointment.
I watched livestream the first appearance of our new Pope.
I ate cake to celebrate even though I still have a cold. Oh well. It was worth it!
