Name My fish

@black_cat can neon tetras and bettas co-exist?

I wouldn't do it. There is so much that can go wrong. The betta could get super aggressive and kill all the tetras. The tetras might nip the betta's long fins.
You would need a big tank with LOTS of plants to give all the fish places to hide.
Feeding would also be a problem, because bettas move fairly slow, while tetras move very quickly. They will eat all the food before the betta has a chance to get any.
Also, bettas need a very high protein diet, which would be too much for the tetras.

These are some names I was thinking of for my new fish (they are almost all Latin because I have been studying it for the past two years and love it

1. Flos Latin for flower
2. Pruinae Latin for frost
3. Silva Latin for forest
4. Angela Latin for angel
5. Bellum or Bella both Latin for war and beautiful
6.bellator Latin for warrior
7. Heather
8. Hyacinth
9.Lilac
10. flumen Latin for river

hope this gives you soMe ideas but it has been said that I have a weird taste of names..... wonder why...🧐😅

I'm just thinking about what kind of fish I like and would like to own in the future
I also looooove tetras
My ideal tank would be 8 neon tetras, five cory catfish, and a pair of honey gouramis as centerpiece fish. This would be around a 30 gallon, because these fish are all pretty compatible, none are aggressive, and they all pretty much have their own levels, so they don't need that extra space.
