Name the Breeds on my Mystery Chickens

no no subs...thing is I ordered my straight eight and then five mystery chicks...when they arrived I had two dead. So its kind of a guess as to whats what. Things still don't add up but its allright, I now have another excuse to go get more chickens. I also got an incubator....so I might try to hatch my own this time :)

I got a Brinsea mini....I have it sitting in the box since Christmas. I was patiently waiting for Spring, now we are going to remodel the house so I feel like I should wait....buuuuuut...............
Loving the bator is what scares me, I have a small "Easter" list going, as my husband is supposed to by me some eggs for spring or chicks...this is my list of wants. This is my out there wish list....when I ordered the girls I wanted no feathered feet....since then I am finding the feather feet/crests hilarious ...
Mille Fleur Duccle
Golden Spangled Hamburg
Polish
Frizzle/Silkie
Cream Legbar
Black Copper Marans
Java
Wheaten Ameraucana
Salmon Faverolles
Such a colorful and lovely flock!!!
Thank you so much, I basically got talked into chickens and figured if I was going to do it, I wanted to pick out the girls and make them more of family extension members :). I love their personalities and I am so in love with colors and eggs. This morning I went out and found six eggs ...later I got one more and a girl in the box....so today I collected an olive, 1 white, and 4 brown shades.

That's a nice wish list!! I have mille fleur d'uccle on my list too. I have barred rock, partridge rock, red sexlink, lots of old English game bantams, Cochin bantam, silkies, pair of royal palm Turkeys, muscovy ducks, pot belly pig that's pregnant, a pair of copper mini satin rabbits, some cows and donkeys, and about 15 dogs (hunting hounds and collies) lol!! I hate my feed bill but I love my babies!! :)

You should see me shopping, My husband thinks my shopping list is bigger for animals than for humans. I have a beagle basset mix and a Rottie Coonhound mix for dogs. My cat watches me feed the chickens now but is scared of them (he watches from the backdoor far far away). We have tanks of fish all over the house as well, and I swore that was enough animals.....eventually if my town will allow it I want a few Turkeys and Ducks ...for now only chickens. We aren't even allowed a rooster so I can't have babies unless I get eggs or chicks ordered out.
etel is a barnevelder and the splash one is a marans
Thanks :) I guess those are my answers since thats what everyone says. How I got ethel <shrugs> but cool. She is fun and her and Lucy crack me up . Hence the names.

Splash is a splashed andalusian. they always show pictures of the blue ones only in catalogs but they come in black and splash too. it's way too small fast and hyper to be maran.

yep that is ancona.

if the 'barnevelder' has a single comb then probably. but if rose comb, it's probably a black verison of blue laced red wyandotte. if pea comb it's a cornish.

More on Sophia...She is the only one I cant catch easily, today I caught her without freaking her out too much...she does not seem to be laying any eggs. She wanted to be put down immediately but I was able to calm her and pet her a little bit. I hope she one day will let me handle her more.
