I only started with 24. Batch #1 had 11 that went to lockdown. 2nd one just hatched. We have 6 more pips with 2 of those pips in active hatching.

When I hatch I take them out once they fluff up I don’t know if it’s different with chickens as I only hatch quail so hopefully someone else chimes in.
