That's the only issue I am worried about Charlene has a decent nose hole. The others are all pipped except Lisette and Pumpkin.Once they are fully dry, (you don't want them to get chilled) you can remove them. If no other eggs have pipped at that time, it's safe to open the lid without worries.
If they are completely fluffy dry, you can remove them. Make sure your brooder is up and running, 88 to 90 degrees on one side of the brooder.Should I remove the eggs and dried chicks? I don't wanna hurt other babies
