ETA: After doing some research, looks like Saigon is a Ganoi. Which Ga Noi is another breed i was thinking had green legs.

If you are looking to name that bird, I would say Velocichicken, or Shamoraptor or if it isn't Shamo, the Godzilla Chook! Those kind of chickens always freak me out a bit. I don't think I want any in my flock, I would be afraid to go out to the coop at night.

Of course, you could go completely opposite of its looks for a name, like Fluffy, or Cuddles, or Sweetums.
