This is still not a uniform breed, regardless. End of story.
It takes very little to uniformly breed single combs, white legs and this color variation out of mixing breeds. Easy.
That doesn't make it a pure breed.
I tell ya, go back and watch carefully. Other traits appear such as a hen with white in place of tan, a hen with a rosecomb and a few birds with yellow legs.
