a friend has some for sale on ovabid... they're OG and everything... but i think there's someone bidding on them already, but ask the seller if he has more...

If I was going to purchase Nankins, I'd get them from Mary Ann Harley. MA ships chicks. She has been breeding them longer than anyone who currently has Nankins in the US except for Monte Bowen, Howard Kogan, and Don Cable. (I got into Nankins the same year as MA did).

Why fool with anyone elses birds when you can get them from the top breeder in the country? That just does not make sense to me.

The cockerel does not look like a nankin to me, the leg color (could be the pic) is to light and the coloring in general is off, If it's a nankin it's either not a good one or has been crossed with something else. I would refer to the discussion thread already mentioned on here

I have a couple trios from Don Cable and highly reccomend him and his birds. He has beautiful birds and is a great person to deal with. You can see pics of them and their offspring on our website www.rdrfarm.com the pics arent great but it will give you an idea of the quality he has.
