Nankin bantams

I've just been given nine Nankin chicks and a broody Nankin bantam for my son (13) to raise for a lady in our village. She's a lovely lady and has said my son can choose two hens out of the hatch and she will give us an unrelated cockerel to make a trio. She is passionate about rare breeds.
Anyone have any practical tips on Nankins? Most of my Google searches recite the same info.
We have them in a south facing secure greenhouse for now going into winter.
