I bought a little nanny cam on Ebay for $12 including shipping. I realy didn't think it would work very well for $12. This things has a plug or battery adapter that allows you to take it about 200 foot from the reciever. I set it up in my coop. Now I can switch to the video channel, and watch my birds on TV when I'm not with them. I thought it was awsome. Heres a link to one on ebay, but this one evn has night vision.

I'd like to know how well it works also. Is the picture clear? How far from your house is your coop?

I borrowed a barn cam/spy cam from a friend to try it out before buying one. Her's is supposed to be good for up to 300 feet. My barn is just less than that from our house but the camera doesn't work. We think it's because our barn is made of metal and it can't transmit through the metal walls. It works great at her house.

WOW!!!

How did you get it for $12.

Not sure I understand, price is $9.98, but the shipping is something like $19.

But anyhow, that is something right up my alley. Who cares if my family thinks I'm crazy. Fact is thay are sure I am atleast touched in the head a little bit!

Mine said it was good for 300 ft, But only goes about 150 with battery or 200 plugged in. I have power in my coop. It has a tunner on the reciever, that allows it to come in as crystal clear as black and white gets. I was very happy with it. Channel 00 is Chickovision @ my house. I love my chicky's
