Nasty eBay sellers!!! ??

Yea I thought maybe he was trying to send the money back but from looking at his feedback he's did it to someone else too. I'm pretty sure Paypal will refund your money. He has a pretty low feedback although he's been registered for awhile. I don't know why he thought he could get away with it. Maybe he's smoked a little too much of that stuff he was talking about.

Stuff like this is why I only buy from sellers with better than 98% feedback and lots of reviews. There's too many out there who try to scam or are just plain jerks. This piece of work sounds like both. And stupid to boot.

Hey several years ago we ran into sure enough nut job on ebay. He had a zero feedback and bought something from us. One week went by, then two, then three. Sent multiple messages with no repsonce. Well after about a month went ahead and left him a negitive feedback. Boy did he come alive then. Cusing, nasty threats. Kept on and finally we talked to police. They made a call to the police in his hometown and they said they had been wanting a reason to go talk to the guy. I don't know what the cops up there told him but he never wrote again.

Wow.... This guy deserves to lose... Or maybe if he wins.. He will use that money to go back to school.
If that happened i think the situation would be a win/win.

I don't understand a word he says in his e-mail.

I had a seller, once, that not only charge a huge shipping cost, but tried to file a claim in my name saying that I never received the item. Luckily, they sent me a copy of my e-mail and I wrote back saying that everything was fine and I don't know why the claim was filed. I don't know if the guy got into trouble or anything for it. It was filed a couple of months after I received the item. I even got good feedback.

You will get your money back if you never got the item, they ( the seller ) has to provide a tracking number to ebay as proof of shipping once a claim has been filed by the buyer, if he does not have a valid tracking number, ebay will decide on your favor.
Ive dealt with nasty ebayers myself in the past.
