Nasty POOP and low egg production!!!!

Help I have six 2year olds, and eight 16week olds they all have poop sim. To this My 2year olds had been laying regularly slowed over the winter and picked up again early spring but they have been dropping off. 2weeks ago I found a papery egg from my EE in the litter and I just had another one from one of my other girls today and other eggs!!! HELP ARE THEY SICK?!?!?!?!?

Have the older birds ever been dewormed?

They all got vaccinated from the "factory" and had medicated chick/grower food. But i havent done any treatments other thank DE in the litter. When I got the 1st egg I thought it was kuz my big girls were getting into the baby food (calcium issues) so we isolated the baby food and got better eggs but still only 1or 2 a day...
