@Sally PB, here is is!

2 cups rice flour
2 tbsp arrowroot starch
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp kosher salt
1tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar (2/3 brown sugar, 1/3 granulated sugar)
10 tbsp butter (melted)
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix rice flour, arrowroot, cornstarch, salt, and baking soda. Mix very well.

In separate bowl, mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.

Combine with dry ingredients. Don't over mix! Add chocolate chips.

Measure about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie. (You can make the cookies bigger or smaller depending on you preference) Shape into disc. (You will need about 2 baking sheets for all the cookies.)

Bake for 6 minutes, then switch the baking sheets so the one on the top rack is now on the bottom. Bake for another 6-7 minutes, or until the edges become golden brown.
