Well I have recently learned ( after much research and questioning) what native American tribe(s) I descend From.

Mohawk And Shoshone

Anyone else Native American ?

I started this thread so that we could Connect in a way older than most any of us.

My Grandmother on my Fathers side was full blood Indian, I dont know anything about what tribe though.
And here I am with red hair and blue eyes!!!

Cheerokee. my nana is half and my pap is half. this makes my mama 1/4 and me 1/8

My great-grandmother was Cherokee. I am also related to Billy the Kid.

Mixed descent Cherokee(Tsalagi) and Apache. My husband's mom is Sonoran Chiricahua Apache. I also have tons of famous people, but people think it's bragging or lying, so I'm careful who I tell.

I am a 1/4 Indian on my dad's side, Choctaw to be exact. (Dads mother)

But the funny thing to me is that the rest of my grandparents make me also Italian, Scottish, Irish and German! What a mix!! LOL!

We were at the flea market last week and I always visit the native american stands.
Well I noticed some dream catchers made out of wood , and thats the way I like to make them, All natural.
So I made a comment to this large white man with a HUGE headset on an the convo went as follows:

Me: "Oh! I love your dream catchers, I love making them but cant seem to get the grid work right"
Him: " Well MY people Started this " ( Very snooty tone)
Me. " Yeah, We are Mohawk"
Him: ( turns his nose up ) " Same to ya" And he turns around and walks away
