Natural remedies

In an effort to be "more-ganic" the DW and I are looking for natural remedies for common chook ailments. For example, Cayenne for worming. Is there a natural remedy for any other ailments, like mereks, pox, etc? Inquiring minds want to know.

I can understand wanting to keep everything natural, but I have never known that any of the "natural" cures to actually work. They do help preventing, but will not cure the problem that you are trying to take care of. I use DE all the time but it really only works to dry out poo, and and keeping any odors down. I wish I had better suggestions but having lost birds to worms, I will not rely on only completely naturals cures.
