A little update on these naughty birds..lol I candled the other night and 16 out of 18 turkey eggs have definate developement. Only about half of the guinea eggs are showing growth but I really am not dissapointed considering I have about 5 different groups running around and they never slow down for more then a minute or so. Those poor boys have thier work cut out for them. Then of course the turkeys like to lay in new areas now so I get my exercise walking around the property looking for eggs. It is kinda fun actually. I have 4 hens but 1 is only around 6 months old. I have been finding 3 eggs a day so I am super excited to see what hatches in a few more weeks. I will set all of the turkey eggs that I find this year so I am setting 2 bators aside for hatching just these. My fingers are crossed for a ton of blues!!!! Jenn
