I live in central NC -- we have a beautiful bantam rooster who needs a new home --
I bought him at the chicken show/sale in Winston-Salem the first of December -- supposedly 'show quality' but I know nothing about roosters -- just that he is a gorgeous guy.
I studied all the roosters at the sale and chose him because he is so pretty -- he looks like a rooster from a child's picture book.
But, now, of course, he is taking his job as THE rooster way too seriously -- and I can't pet my sweet hens -- the hens are totally unimpressed by this guy but he 'attacks' when I get too close to the girls --
I can't figure out how to post a picture but I can send a picture via e-mail to anyone who is interested in this handsome boy.
There is no charge for him -- just want him to be in a good spot --
Thanks!!!
