NC/VA/SC/GA Chicken Meet UPDATE: pg 15

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and to chickens. Hubby just joined the other day, Bald Monkey.

We are in Blairs, Va, right on the NC line, but used to live in Wilmington, and hubby was born and raised in Greensboro.

We're coming to the meet this month and are very excited. We'll be picking up our first chickens there !!!! YAY !!

It's killing me!!! This is like waiting for Christmas, I still haven't gotten directions to the Golden Corral, lol. Guess I better do that if I plan on coming, lol.

Is the swapping going to go on before or after eating? I think we're going to skip the eating part, but we really want to come and meet people and swap/buy/sell or trade.

I kinda thought we would eat first......this way we could get to know each other and would know who we are swapping with.
But it's whatever everyone else wants to do.

Just be sure to tell GC you are with the "BYC Group".

I kind of like the idea of eating at noon. then swap, that way we are not limited for time, we can spend the rest of the day playing with chickens, ours and other peoples!
