I'm thinking of coming but the only problem is the Annual State NC unifair show is the following week. And I have to go to that to enter 40 birds in that show....so i am still iffin and wonderin. its another 3 hours past raleigh. for me to drive.
I hope i come but we will see. over 2000 birds were entered in that show last year...alot of competition

I have a question for those of us travelling in from VA, what permits or testing do we need to be able to sell in NC?

I don't know Margaret, but I know a man who used to buy a lot from an auction/show in Richmond and he has never mentioned anything like that.

We were going to this same thing back at Thanksgiving, only it has moved up somewhere around Kings Dominion and we couldn't get there.

do you need any permit to sell in NC? do we need to have testing for the swap in Raleigh?

I plan on coming. I may bring my wife or a couple of daughters, not sure yet.
I can bring a SilverDuckwing OEGb roo, not quite a year old.

I am getting some sky blue bantam Araucana eggs and bantam RIR eggs next week, but if someone has a bantam hen or two that will lay blue (not blue/green) or brown eggs, I would be interested.
I hope to import some dark egg bantam Welsummers soon from Canada, but if anyone has any true dark egg bantams I would be interested.
Also, I would like a golden Sebright hen.
