I live just a few minutes from the farmers market--I don't have any chickens (currently!-always had a little bunch that was 'mine' when I was younger), but I'd love to meet and find out about some chickens and get some advice and questions answered.

My mom lives inside Raleigh, and I'm trying to convince her to get a couple hens. In her neighborhood it's a big thing to have a cute chicken coop and pen in your backyard--they have chicken coop tours in the spring. She's insisted that she'll have to have a really cool/funky breed--ahh, the options!

Mind if I stop by and ask a few questions at the farmer's market?

Just think, after the 23rd, about 25 of us will PERSONALLY know each other on this forum, how cool is that?!!!!!!
