How about maybe something like this? I do like the peace signs. That's what ties it in with Woodstock plus they're chicken tracks! They gotte be there The pegs/eggs look too bare without something on them.

yep!! that would be wonderful! i found a tip, when you run out of dishwasher soap, put equal amounts of borax and baking soda- the dishes come out very clean!

Who on the thread makes soap every year? I thought someone posted that they make soap for family at Christmas time. I'm reading, reading, and reading about soap making, but I don't have any hands-on experience.

I don't make real soap (bar soap) I only make laundry soap. I was thinking Nanakat or pbpoultry.

Nana is the one who made HUGE amount of bar soap at Christmas. I am not sure her technique, but I have made soap with friends before & it took us 2 hours + to make the soap. Someone may have a quicker version than the recipe I used.

I am not sure if there would be much interest, but I would be interested in a demo showing different types of seed saving & plant propagation, such as root cuttings, grafting, etc. Coral I know you are working on doing your own pecans. Not sure if we have anyone who has dabbled much in different propagation techniques. All I have ever tried is taking cuttings. I has been able to get most cuttings to root, but never roses.
